Here is some information on how to toilet train your puppy:

Establishing a Routine

The key to successful puppy potty training is creating a consistent schedule. Take your puppy out first thing in the morning, after meals, after naps, and before bedtime. Puppies have small bladders and need to go out every 2-3 hours. Be patient and consistent with the routine.Identifying Potty SignalsWatch for signs your puppy needs to go, like circling, sniffing, or suddenly stopping play. When you see these, immediately take them outside to their designated potty area. Praise and reward with a treat when they go in the right spot.

Crate TrainingCrate training teaches puppies to hold it until let out of the crate. Put the puppy in the crate when you can't directly supervise. The crate should be just big enough for them to stand, turn around, and lie down. Take them out frequently to reinforce the right place to go.

Cleaning AccidentsWhen accidents happen inside, clean thoroughly with an enzymatic cleaner to remove all odors that could attract the puppy back to the same spot. Scolding or punishing the puppy after the fact is ineffective and can make them afraid to go in front of you.

Patience and ConsistencyPotty training takes time and consistency. Stick to a routine, watch for signs, and reward good behavior. With time and repetition, your puppy will learn where and when it's appropriate to go. Be patient - every puppy learns at their own pace.
